Whats the opnions on this subject DRL`s are approx. £125 to 150 fitted . LED sidelights are less
just wondered

When I got a broken foglamp, I replaced them with Ring BRL0402 DRLs.

Ring seem to have discontinued these now, but similar round lamps seem to be available, if you are willing to search.

I'm working on an idea to fit LED halo rings to the fronts of the fog lamps. It's not anywhere near discussing details but looks like a possibility.

You will need to get cover rings and neutral cure silicone to keep the weather out.


I had a similar setup on the bike. They are bright enough but not out of order and TBH much less than OEM LED daylights The MoT tester was happy.
