Hi we have a Fiat 500 Twinair Convertable 2014 DRL Flashing when not in use any ideas plz

As far as I know they are original Yes when parked and locked o/s flashes

Can you video?
Do both drl work, engine on, headlights off?
Do both sides lights work( same cluster as drl but dim ), engine on headlights on?
Do both side lights work engine off, key out ? turn knob from off to on with key out ( this is how you can purposely leave the side lights on when away from the car if you need to )
What I don't understand is why just one would flash not both sides, remove the bulb to confirm its a standard type, if its LED that could explain "some" of the problem?

Will do soon
LEDs could do this on a small amount of power.. if a Bulb does it.. thats a lot more energy
