So whats the question? Me a bit confused:confused::p
Really?
It seems pretty obvious to me. I'll even quote it for you.
Is it mandatory [for] you pull over if you cause one to slow down somewhat harsh[ly], but otherwise no damage [is] caused?
The answer is no, BTW, though it is preferable to try and avoid the situation in the first place.

When people pull out in front of me causing me to brake somewhat harshly I tend to beep and give them the finger. I wouldn't expect them to pull over to let me past/apologise.

When I cause people behind me inconveniences I try smile nicely at them and put a hand up to say thanks for putting up with me. :)

If you've cut them up, give 'em a wave by way of apology then leave them well alone. If they try to pull you over, they're 99.9% likely to be a nutcase.

The blunt answer is no. You only have to stop when there has been a collision, although if you have pulled out in front of another vehicle and caused it to brake, then an apolgetic wave can't do any harm. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself alongside the other driver at the next set of lights and he carries on a bit of a tirade, then why not agree with him and apologise.

Yep, best thing to do. Even if you don't mean it, you need to bite your tounge accasionally. I've had to do it once or twice:p:eek:
