Technical Driver's seat belt not retracting

Hi my drivers seatbelt does not retract very well at all.

Is it omething I can fix by taking apart off the panels and doing something or will it need replacing?

Any advice how to do either. thanks in advance

Clock spring in the recoil has probably lost its tension but could also be the belt is simply twisted does it have a twist in it when you buckle it?

There are no visible buckles, but perhaps one behind the panel.

Do you know if the panel just pops off?
Is the clock spring easy enough to replace with one from the breakers?
