Technical Drivers door handle hinge broken ! Fix or fail

As the title says, the driver-side door handle on my Fiat 500X has a broken hinge. I saw a video from Love 500 showing how easy it is to replace the handle on a regular Fiat 500, and I was wondering: is the replacement process similar for the 500X? Also, would a door handle hinge from a Fiat 500 work on the 500X, or do I need a specific one?

As it doesn't seem to be a regular occurrence (unlike the 2 door)
