Hello I have a problem with my 3.0 2011 Ducato
It will start a regen every approx 140 km
Or when itreaches 6% clogging it will start to regen and stop again when it reaches 2 % clogging
I have changed Dpf and pressure sensor and reset all learnings
And also Dpf temp sensors are new
Last option is the ECU or am I missing something

It really starts to get on my nerves 😬

I think you need to get diagnostics on the car to see if there are problems listed

Have you got a copy of multiecuscan and can run a specific template and post results here?
What mileage have you done? What are differential dpf readings? If values too high can indicate a blocking dpf as can too frequent regens.

Yes I have
Diff sensor values are between 20 and 50 depending on the load
I have just changed the ECU and no different
So I beginning to think it’s the way this model acts

Attached is a template for the 3.0
intended to ivestigate the DPF
Run it for 20min at least 10 mins when upto temp

Once you do the recording check for even brief anomalies in the differential pressure reading.

According to Elearn the standard regen procedure is scheduled by a simulation of the soot accumulated over time and that is what the percentage is showing.

On top of that the differential pressure sensor is used to trigger an early regen when the actual clogging is more than suggested by the reported %. So this sensor and its wiring should be prime suspects for abnormally early regens.

What brand sensor did you get? I got several new aftermarket sensors and found them to give a poor quality signal compared to the original despite not triggering any error.

I will try to do that when I’m home from vacation as you can see in your template dpf clogging is 56% mine never goes above 6-7 %
The clogging info is simulated data. The value used to trigger a regen is typicaly 100%. The differential pressure sensor is well known to be a problem with early models because of its position low down and condensation. And as mentioned some after market versions cause issues.
