Door handle

I am trying to fit a new outsidedoor handle on my fiat ducato 2008 and am having difficulty in removing theinside panel I have removed the two screws at the bottom and the two behind theinside door handle and I have tried to prise the small cap at the top left but Iam afraid to damage the plastic, I just can’t see how the grey plastic arm restcomes away to get at the black door panel as per photo, Any help would be muchappreciated.

Check behind the speaker / speaker cover

Also check behind the internal handle as well

Check there are no press fit flush fittings to cover screws up

alot of cars tho use pop fittings too - which sometimes just dont wanna play ball as you have to force them off
Sometimes they break - sometimes they dont
