Technical Doblo radio issue

Hi all I've an original radio in the van it's stuck on wait message I left ignition on for 2 hours whit engine off still stuck on wait I found information about it on this forum any one have any suggestions. Also have a new Sony Xplode radio but I don't know much about wiring if any one has a plug and play harness lying around I could buy. Thanks in advance

Its had the wrong code entered.. probably

The radio display shows "WAIT" because someone has tried a wrong security code too many times. You need to leave the radio and ignition switched on continuously until the message clears, then enter the correct security code.

Depending on how many wrong codes have been tried, the waiting time could be up to 24 hours.
