Technical Doblo 1.2 8v fuel rail

I have a 2004 Doblo 1.2 8v with fuel injector problems....long term fuel trim of 53% is not good!! (it varies between 0.3% and 53%). My question is does a used fuel rail from a 1.2 8v Punto fit or are the injectors and rail specific to the Doblo.Are there any other models I should be looking to for parts?
