Well, believe it or not, I think I've finally found a good use for the social groups!

They will now be used as a "Register" of sorts, to see who has what

If you scroll to the bottom of a model forum, you'll now see a new box which lists a random lot of 10 people who are also "Members".

So - to get yourself in the list, click the link in the title of the new box, then click "Yes" when it asks for confirmation

Over time, this will allow us to build an accurate picture of who drives what - also giving us the ability to contact groups of model owners directly (for photo shoots as an example) - rather than posting a thread and hoping people read it.

New owner of a '77 Fiat 124, just discovered a part on the right wall of the engine compartment and cannot locate it in manual, It has a hose (not connected ) to the head and outlets without hoses...not connected, car runs great although the heater is not connected to the heating/cooling system.

Having a problem with my Punto , when i start the car sometimes the battery light stays on and the power steering fails to work , if i take key out and try again it sorts itself also while driving a warning light comes on every now and again to check lights i've done so and all lights seem ok . Took it to garage on Friday he said it was the alternator and replaced it but it has made no difference any ideas anyone ????????

COLD mornings......
My demister for the front windscreen only pumps out slightly warm air when put on Full Demist.
I used to run the A/C at 20 as it was too warm in the car otherwise. Now no hot air comes out at all.
Any help on what I need to look at.

I just got a Fiat Stilo Abarth 2.4 and am looking for a mechanic with selespeed know how and expertise to come sort out my car as car runs perfectly in neutral just wont go into gear. changed the brake switch, did not work. disconnected computer and when plugged back in gears change for 30 seconds then back to neutral and nothing again. pump primer only comes on when key is in ignition and electrics are on, as people on here talk about drivers door open and pump priming, well without key switched door open no pump priming. Selespeed oil looks clear but got some black in it but not black like engine oil. Car is near mint condition with 57k on clock. Can anyone help. I am based in London E4 and would prefer to not take to dealer and get done privately. Thanks

I've recently heard a rattling noise coming from my engine and when i've checked it out , it turns out my air filter box as broke away from its brackets.

I need a new one (can be used) but im having trouble finding the part. I ordered one from a breakers yard and what they thought was the right one for my car turns out not to be.

My car is a Fiat Grande Punto 2007 1.4 16v active sport.

Hi! This is my first posting. I have just bought a 2003 Fiorino with a 1.3 mpi engine. It runs all right but just in case I would like to have access to a workshop or service manual for this model. Can anyone tell me where can I find such a manual??. Thanks in advance!
