Thats me.. as the lad said above up & down stairs, i must at least go up and down mine 20-25 times a night? plus walking around the town and since im a plasterer on building sites, i depend on my arms so i cant pull any muscles or im buggerd as i use heavy tools as it is, and anyways s** is the best exercise burns alot of calories... :devil:
Oh the perfect post for me lol. I use the gym 5 times a week sometimes take wed of to rest when its been a tough week. Take my my protein shakes and multivitamins and the rest of all that good stuff.
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Biceps And Triceps
Train in Blackburn has some pretty good local gyms. Anyone else been up here and trained in any of the gyms?
Lol yeah i guess your right there. It will help keep the chill out. I think ill just jump on th treadmill for a few mins a day and try and get rid of it. British summer time is here.
Normally 3-4 time a week. Only been a member for a month, really noticed the difference in arms and chest, gut is still there but thats more to do with diet. Have lost 4lbs though.
