ive been told by lots of people its 3 points
Weird.
I was in a car behind my mates the other week when he got pulled for it! they run insurance check and checked inside his car and a firm warning and he was on his way.
anyone have an official answer?
ive just read something and the it states its up to the police officer at the time, its their discretion whether to give fine/points or not, but it is a prosecutable offence
