I use DBS Desira in Hertford. Is this too far for you?I had a couple of test drives with them and got brochures 'n' stuff and they were pretty good. I bought my car provately in the end but that wasn't because of their service.
They do my servicing and repairs and seem to know what they are doing and are (relatively) reasonable cost-wise - Everything they've quoted me for has actually cost less. They even understand the Connect Nav+ and the Selespeed gearbox. I think this is because they do Alfa too
I've had a Ford, two VWs, a Vauxhall, a Jag and a Renault in the last 2-3 years and apart from Jag who are a different league would rate Desira towards the top of this lot (with VW and vauxhall way down the bottom....).
