i'll post more info when i have it.
This is note confirmed yet, but we have it on good word, and therefor are pulling all our cars out from the dealers affected.

Fiat Business services knows nothing about this, they said tthey will get back to me as soon as they know anything i have a feeling it may just be DBS in Hartford that is going down... the Fiat guy said they are opening up new branches to take the slack of Caladonian

Re: DBS Hartford/Desira In Recievership?

that is awful news, as desira at Diss have the best parts guy ever, he will look for anything for you no matter how old and obscure:( a great shame indeed.
Bare in mind this doesn't nessasarily mean they will be closing, first the receivers will look for a buyer, and if one isn't found then fiat might step in....

Re: DBS Hartford/Desira In Recievership?

I have been asked to post this statement by Mr C Sunderland, Finance Director of DESIRA GROUP PLC.

"DBS Hartford who I believe are in administration is a totally different company to Desira Group plc who have 8 dealerships covering East Anglia and London. Desira Group plc represent Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Nissan, Citroen and Mitsubishi and are a very buoyant and profitable company who are pleased with their current trading position. The launch of the Fiat 500 is exceeding all expectations and the Group are very happy with representing Fiat as a manufacturer in seven of their sites.
