General Dash Board Button Removal

Morning all, i was looking at my car earlier and i was wondering about whether i could remove the buttons from the dash board (the row above the HU with the hazard lights, city steering, etc. buttons) any, thoughts ideas on the matter?

Yeah the mighty 1.2 turbo had a vxr last night with it

Yes indeed, i was thinking like relocating the button for my sub and when i get front fogs/spots etc putting them there, i just think it would look more professional/standard

The fogs go to the right of the steering wheel.

just take out radio then radio cage then I think its one screw holding the switchbank in...something tells me something about a clip holding thewires for the switchbank but you'll see that when you take it out.

It would be good if you could get the whole bank, move them somewhere else, and have a smooth dash.... i think a PS could be in order! lol

Yeah but i have a 1.2 active, theres no such thing as front fogs on my car lmao

Yeah I know, but if you were to put them in the button goes to the cluster to the right of the steering wheel, iirc the button is slightly larger than the ones on the dash.

True, but that cluster looks harder to get out lol

I think the whole cluster pulls out, but there is a part you can remove just lower than that, feed your hand up and see if you can feel clips or screws like the other one.

well i tried the one on the right of the steering wheel yesterday but no cigar, so ill have a look at the one above the HU either 2morrow or when i get back from holiday
