Hi Roger, Mentioned this to my dealer a while ago, (Strange thought it may sound A 'Good Dealer'), his reply.....never have any problem with DPFs, but AGRs can be a bit of a pain.......

Cheers Qube O.;)

The horror stories only apply to a very small minority, so don't let it put you off owning a car with one in the future (y)

Out of interest those of you without DPFs, what is the annual RFL/tax cost of your Qubo :confused:

Hi M E Pandas,
Sorry, on that one I have no idea. Being disabled I get free road tax...............

Cheers Qube O.:eek:

hi most easterly pandas annual road fund license for my qubo with dualogic gearbox is £30 hope this answerers your question. red diesel

Following my questioning of the dealer, if you have a Fiorino (a Qubo without windows) it's called 'A Commercial Vehicle' which in industry speak means "You are making a profit therefore you are fair game for all the tax thieves to have some of your hard-earned without themselves doing anything so therefore your VED will be £215 even though your emissions are admirably low."

It's another complete Govt. scam. WHY is the motorist top target for ALL revenue earning? :mad:

They always hit the motorist......easy target......thats why pot holes are left on the road.......we bust our suspension/wheels/e.t.c, pay to have it repaired and pay 20% of that cost as VAT to the govenment.......then we go out and do it again.
Go over the speed limit, speed offence.....fixed fine. Park for two min's....parking offence.....fixed fine..........so on & so on. The worst case being the fuel we put in our motors, petrol or diesel.....70-80% is tax/duty/vat. Rob Dogs the lot of em.....off with their heads I say !!!!!

Take care Qube O.:devil::devil::devil::devil::devil::devil:

I have only changed one DPF filter and that was not directly a fault of the filter or the system. Fiats DPF filter actually works well if you understand the operation and what it does/is doing.

yippee found out today haven't got a dpf filter even though its a 2011 car,
Mine's an '09 Qubo.

Any ideas where can I find out if I have a DPF?

I'm assuming if '11 model doesn't have them then mine won't, but I dont trust Fiat.

Now just waiting for all this friggin' rain to stop so I can play with my MultiECU scan..
