Technical Cruise controll

Good morning all
Does the qubo have cruise control as a optional extra? i do alot of motorway driving and cruise control would be very handy,and i would like to look into fitting this to my fiorino [qubo]
Will stalk and loom from punto grande be compatible?

Grande Punto doesn't have CC I believe so I doubt you'll be getting a stalk from one of the. Can someone post a pic of the steering wheel and stalks / shroud from a Qubo / Fiorino as if similar to a Bravo you may be able to knock something up from Bravo / Stilo parts.

I did wonder about the stillo, it was the stalk control i need to get right,and how it fits in relation to the other stalks?
All i know is there is a multi plug taped up under the shroud

Have a quick look at the Stilo sections how to install CC guide, it's long winded, but well worth the read, and if the setup is the same you should be able to use it to get CC working It worked fine retro fitting it in my Stilo

Do you know if the cc stalk is separate or not,or will i have to get a complete stalk unit inc cc control....if not how is the cc control stalk fitted?

Its separate in how it can be fitted, but its fitted to the rear of the existing stalks unit

so i'll need to get a new shroud to allow for the extra cc stalk?
so all in all this project should be plug and play then?
so far all the other things i've done haven't required a visit to the dealer [genuine fiat rear parking sensors.meta alarm,towing socket]

What you looked at the Stilo guide yet? All the answers to your questions should be in there

Ok read through guide, all looks fairly simple.
found alfa 147 stalk on ebay £47, just need shroud, so i give fiat a ring in the morning,i guess i need to sit down for that price as it looks as i need the top and bottom.

Should only need the bottom shroud, and current one can be chopped to fit the stalk

I'd fit it all first to check works, leave the shroud off then until you buy the correct one or modify the existing, as if it doesn't work you've not waisted money on a replacement shroud then.

Have you bought and installed your Cruise Control yet?
If so was it just a matter of plugging in the stalk (plus modifying the column shroud) or did you have to buy extras like servo motor and linkages?

If compatable it'll be plug and play or install and wire in, no servos or linkages
