General cooling problem

the blowers are not working its and intermittent fault

i think it could be the earthing

any ideas on all the earthing points and the locations its a 1.2

um i don't really know much about the car its self it think its the lower valve person since its a smaller engine size in my idea

also more information it came on when my dad opened passenger and stayed on when closed till he fiddled with the thing and turned it off.

found out its an 8 valve im reeding the hains manual word for word

pulled workin fine now
