What may sound a daft question how many coolant temperature sensors on a Ducato (2017 twin egr to be specific)is signal feed to ecu which then passes to instrument cluster? If this is the case and a temperature is read by obd2 but not displayed then problem on communication/display side.
PS a Mazda Bongo has 2, one for ecu and one for display.
