General Cinq Sporting Rear Sub Frame replacement

Can someone please confirm if the Cinquecento Sporting/Seicento Sporting sub frame is the same as the standard Cinq/Seicento?

I need a new rear sub frame for my cherished Cinq Sporting due to corrosion. Failed MOT! Any thoughts on best way to get a replacement (new/good condition)?

Also, is it possible to get replacement rubber seal for locking fuel cap?!?!

Try and get one from the newest Seicento you can find be broken, should be better condition. I've got a Sei one waiting to be shot blasted and powder coated.

i got the above cheapo cap, nicked the rubber off it and put it on my original cap. that was the cheapest way to do it as i couldnt get the seal anywhere.

be prepared to do some rust repair behind the beam, they often are pretty rusty behind there when you drop a rear beam off.

Could you tell me how to get the seals off please? Brute force? Or by somehow taking apart the whole petrol cap assembly (I can see two pins...)

i just stretched it enough to pull it off. its only a rubber seal. it just sits in a slight recess in the cap.
