Technical choke lever gets stuck

The choke lever on my Uno gets stuck but the mechanism on the carb is free enough? Can't see any kinks.. any ideas?

If it isn't broken or kinked then try soaking it in some penetrating oil like "WD40" or "PB Blaster" into both ends of the cable and then let it sit. After doing this a few times try moving it easily and the soaking it more. This works if it is corroded.
