Ulysse Child Safety Active

Greetings all

I have a 2004 Ulysse and it's started coming up with the message 'Child safety active'.
I've checked the handbook and can not find anything.
Can anyone tell me what it means?

I believe this message comes up when you disable the rear door locks so they can't be opened from the inside:

hi i have just bought a 03 reg uylsee dynamic and i am having the same problem with my sliding doors and i cant open them from the outside let alone from the inside and i am getting 'child safety active on my panel' could you help please
