Unfortunately an engine check light on its own tells us very little. It’s a generic light with hundreds of possibilities

Oh on, well hopefully you can get the fault code read at a garage and they can fix it for you.
But you could go to an autoparts store and ask for a generic fault code reader, like some bluetooth dongle that connects to your smartphone.
A very good app to use it with is this

Diagnostic port is usually located under the steering wheel on left hand drive. Just lift the steering wheel up to remove the card under it. Then read the code and tell us and hopefully someone will be able to tell if it's serious enough that you need to stop driving.

Chance they left a hose off??

On a punto its next to the Drivers right knee

Idk what they did, but that's what I was thinking that they undo something. Before retest no light. Right when I picked the car up that exclamation light got light up but it went away after ignition. And day after that light again + check engine.Hi again

Brake issues would be where I would start loooking.
Are we talking about engine check light as per title

A generic OBD reader probably will not help the code as it likely to be stored in the body computer not the engine computer
Engine oil pressure sensor failure.
Problem with parking sensors.
Fuel cut off not available
External light failure
On the post 2012 panda
Number plate bulbs
Day light running lights
And oil pressure switch are the normal causes
I “think” the check engine on the display is pointing more to the oil pressure switch.
Hopefully someone with more Punto knowledge than me will be alone shortly

That MOT work shouldnt be Related to ENGINE..
Your warnings.. do you get a message scrolling across the screen?
Basic OBD readers only do ENGINE..
So if its a light bulb..or a wire in the tailgate .. that wont show on a £12 OBD reader

Maybe it things some lights don't work? I just changed side turning lights and licence plate ones with led?

Before the MOT..,,???
THE CAR 'Expects @ : 150 drain with lights on
You have made that @ : 125 so it 'thinks' a bulb has failed
Hence the warning ;-)

That will explain the Exclamation Symbol

If you are driving to Bristol / Manchester
Just make sure all fluid levels are correct
