Water will be air con condensate. Its normal and worse in hunid weather. Always keep an eye on coolant levels though.
Limp home is quite possibly the evap solenoid as suggested above. Ive had exactltly this. The parts from Fiat are expensive so maybe try and get fom a decent parts place locally. MES or a diagnostic will confirm usually what the issue is.
Thanks. Well the P0101 code was evident at first and just yesterday I got the P0106 code and reading from the OP’s posts I am experiencing the same issues.
Process of elimination really. But I am also thinking evap solenoid at this stage.
Thanks for the suggestion on monitoring coolant levels. 👍
Fortunately I regularly check fluid levels on my cars and bike so hopefully no issues.

I find coolant on healthy Pandas is pretty constant. We remove about 200cc / ml ofcwatervfrom catch can in a week from a car that does about 300 miles a week. Dirty map sensors cause bad running but most noticable at higher speed. One of ours used to show eml at over 70 every time before fitting a catch can. Dirty throttle body causes poor idle and lower speed running. We had new evap cannister and solenoid valve which sorted out the limp home. It failed after a year and had to be done under the parts warranty, so dealer price paid off that time. The evap solenoid and cannister are straight forward for Diy mechanics. Keeping the VVT solenoid clean just makes performance much better and makes the engine smoother. One of our 1.2s doesnt have a catch can. Im waiting to see how it compares over a period. Its important not to overfill the tank when filling up. Stop when the pump does its first click off. Tgis ensures enough vapour space in th.e tank.
