I have booked FIAT Grand Punto 90HP 93PS (2013 model) with 1,00,000 discount at Vecto Moters, Bangalore. on Friday 25th January 2014 by paying 10000, as the sales guy promised to give the delivery with in 10days, and I have applied car loan with HDFC and got approval. I have visited showroom with down payment, asked about car delivery. He (Sales Guy) told me "when car loan will disburse we will take down payment and will deliver car". After two days (5th Feb 2014) car loan disbursed. Again I have visited show room asked about delivery. Sales guy told "There is no stock for 2013 Model and you have to go for 2014 model (which is more than Rs.35,000 difference)". I told him "I cant pay 30,000 extra for 2014 Model, in that case please refund full amont". He agreed and took letter promised me as "we will refund with in 2 days." I have contacted and visited show room almost daily. And I gave complaint FIAT INDIA customer Support. CR Number: 1-151660762, CR created Date: 02/14/2014 14:33:56. They have replied back after 1 week, and arrange conference call with showroom people. At last they have concluded "we will give some discount around Rs.10,000". I did not agreed for that and I have asked refund money. From that time I have visited show room more than 20 times. There is no response, After 1 month on 5th March 2014 they gave check Rs.10,000 and loan amount will be back to HDFC Bank. Till date HDFC didnt get loan amount back. I have payed 2 EMIS (Rs.14,139) and need to pay 3rd EMI without car. There is no response with Vecto Moter and FIAT customer care. And HDFC People telling "once loan amount will back we will re login and will process for another loan for car model (Maruthi Swift)". Please help me.
