Could be a dodgy lambda sensor, or maybe spark plug leads? Did you have a look at the air filter?

I didn't have chance to do anything yet, I left for work at about 2. I had a quick look under the bonnet in the car park, couldn't really see anything apparent.

You find me a white bonnet and door and i'll do it. The door is dented, but more importantly is solid.

That's because it's a later Selecta with grey plastics and not black. Selecta is the normal 1108cc EFi, and the Selecta A is the 999cc carbed early Selectas

I knew the A was the 999cc, I didn't know the other difference.

The missing sunroof, I assume it was originally one of those crappy pop-out universal ones?

Looking on ebay Cinque/Sie roofs are fairly cheap. Grabs tape measure...

You could be assuming wrong, got a pic of the inside and roof lining around the area? Fiat used 2 types, a Factory, and a dealer fit type. Then again it could be an aftermarket one.

Many independent glass fitters Offered sunroofs fitted as an aftermarket option In days gone by, I wonder if it would Be worth your while to Check out one or two of them to see if spares are available? I can ask at my local glass fitter If you like?

But the ebay ones are dirt cheap.

Hmmm, difficult to tell, I'm 40/60 on if it's a fiat genuine part or not, edging more towards not genuine.

My bill for the Parade wasn't ready yesterday, shocking I know.

So I decided, **** him. I've booked the Selecta in for his overdue MOT on Saturday at 9am... in a different garage.
