Really sorry to hear this Adam, it's happening far to often.

You can bend it back successfully most of the time, pull gradually with your knee as high up on the inside as possible.

What a shame. Seems to be some kind of sport for pissed meatheads. By bending some thin metal it proves to there equally thick friends how strong they are! Happened to my selecta before I got it. Was bent back into place and you can hardly notice. Doesn't leak either.

I don't think they ever opened the door, I left screwdrivers in the drivers footwell. eg: a key for any Fiat, they were untouched. Steering lock is fine as is the ignition, I think something must have scared them off. I bent the door back and the only damage is paint has flaked off.

The car was in the middle, so maybe that was out of sight and it has no stoplock. If they had touched the Parade, i'd be stabbing people in the face.

Anyway all is well, just bought a stoplock from work, which will be returned within 30 days.

happened to talon last night too.. the door wasnt even bent.. thankfully the alarm worked so well i am actually 1 up on a large flat blade screw driver as the scum that attempted to break in left it wedged in the door.
the guy knew what he was doing though as it was covered in a light oil so i dont think i could get finger prints from it. besides, our home cctv is not working at the mo.. typically the tape recorder failed 2 days ago and are waiting for one to come through.

alarms.. so worth it.

Really distressing when this happens, had my uno and cinq both broken into by both methods, and the old SD1 had a rear quarterlight smashed all for nothing apart from naff radios and loose change.
The worst damage was when someone stood on the bonnet and smashed the windscreen of the Yaris, later the same car had the rear side window smashed.

Point is I know how awful it makes you feel apart from the inconvenience of these random acts.
Makes me very angry.
