Hi, I'd assumed this question would have been on the FAQS or Guides sections but cannot see it - I have a Fiat Stilo - 02 plate. I recently bought a Goodmans radio/cd to replace the factory radio cassette. I also bought a new fascia panel, removal keys and ISO lead off ebay.
Once I had removed the factory radio cassette I plugged the white ISO plug into the new device and immediately a light came on flashing, (so I thought so far, so good) I then plugged in the black ISO plug and put the front cover onto the cd player but nothing happened. I tried jiggling the leads etc.
I then took that apart and put the old radio cassette back in - that isnt working either now. I've checked the fuses down by the right hand side of the steering wheel but that is okay. As you have probably gathered I'm not very technical, but the only thing i can think of is that somehow I have pulled the wiring from the battery or the ignition (but the orange light still comes on flashing when the new device is connected). If it is a disconnected lead how do i reconnect? if it isnt what have I done?
Many thanks

Removing your standard stereo which now won't work again, do you need a Blaupunkt code?
I have done my stereo... and my Facia could have come with a standard lead but instead I had to figure out the wiring myself which aint much use. You need to be carefull with leads that are "set up for instant plug-and-play" as they don't always have the wires going to the correct terminals!
Yes make sure your F39 fuse is ok

No - I have the code. But the system just appears to be dead. It isnt asking for the key code. The only sign of life is the flashing light on the new device
