Just called the piaa dealer asking why it was taking a while. He mentioned that due to a certain forum sales were high and stock low.

no it wasn't an indepth conversation but said the other orders are going out soon.
Nice! Mine took a while to arrive now you mention it. They got here eventually though, and were well worth it.
Just got mine (very blue in color) yet not installed as waiting for h1 and h7 to do all at ounce.

My DRL replacement T20s from priracing just turned up (ordered Wednesday morning, if that helps guage stock for the rest of you)..installed them and they look great, really white (but yes worryingly blue when in the packet!) and match the Philips Extreme H7 main bulb replacements well.
My knuckles will take ages to heal though... and I thought that the other bulbs were a fiddle to change! ... still at least we have the option of changing our own bulbs on the 500... my other car has to be taken to the dealer.. bah.

Looking good Alex, wasn't going to bother with the DRLs but definately will now having seen yous vs the Geneva stand car.
Managed to get the H7 in easily then looked at the dlr and I think I'll wait for the H1 to arrive before bleeding my knuckles twice.
so for other viewers of this thread the shopping list is
Philips Extreme or osram nightbreakers for the main headlamp bulb, size. H7
piaa for the drl bulbs, size T20 (use link posted by lloyd earlyer in this thread)
osram night breakers (phillips extreme not avail in h1 size) for the lower headlamp (same light unit as drl's ) size, H1.
my personal list is osram nightbreakers in sizes H1 and H7 . £40

White, I got my H1 & H7 Nightbreakers for £36.49 inc. p&p from ebay and I am also going to fit the chrome affect front and rear indicators soon. I am also trying to find cheaper DRL bulbs but no luck so far so I will probably get those from Priracing as well.
The amount of people on Detailing World who have had the Osram's go faulty on them after just a few weeks would put me right off them. Just thought you might like to know before making the decision!
thank's for that i was all set untill now !! i think i'm going to do them but leave the H1's as i dont realy use the full beam that often tbh, and its £20 i could save for something else

tempted with led for indicators but couldn't be bothered with sorting a resistor to stop the flash gong wrong.

Good tip from Lloyd on fitting the front indicator bulbs with silver ones - on the Abarth the most difficult one to fit is the left hand side as there is aircon pipework in the way. Pliers do the trick
I had a good look round but in the end had to get mine from PRI Racing. Cost £30.73 inc. I also mentioned in the additional info box on their order form that they should contact FF admin and enquire about being listed as a trader and offer a discount. Time will tell if they decide to or not.
So I have now received all my bulbs and will be fitting the DRLs and the chrome F & R indicators to complement my H1 & H7 Nightbreakers this weekend.

Please can anyone give me a list of which bulbs I need to carry as spares when driving in Europe? The only 500 kit I can find in through Fiat-Accessories and its £24 incl postage. Surely there are cheaper ones out there? I would be really grateful for any suggestions!

i have PIAA xtreme white bulb T20 Single H-225 but the one burned,so i'm looking for the piaa's mirror one!
what's the difference between H1 xenonmax and H7 philips?
i have put to my 500's head lamp a Hid Conversion Kit H7 8000k and i'm satisfied enough..
now i'm looking for the indicators,rear,frond and side and hope u will help me because the links are dead!
