Central locking & rear wiper issues

Hi, apologies for the multiple posts but just wanted to know if my bravo is suffering from easy fix common probs.

Its mechanically spot on, lovely and tight on a drive.

The only 2 probs it has is the rear wiper wont work, its just parked right in the middle of my rear screen.

The other prob is the central locking, the remote doesnt unlock the car, and the central locking in general doesnt work (the 2 probs might be connected).

Any pointers welcome

The rear wiper is a common fault,does it not even tick at all?
Firstly check all your fuses if all fine just replace it as it sounds like it stuck in that position.there is a repair guide on here on the rear wiper.
