Technical Cd player is going out the window!!!

I've eventually got my radio/cassette player out my car and trying to fit a sony cd player.....it does not work! are there any special attachments i need to get for the wiring etc...pls help!!!!!!

Do a search as you have to modify the wiring a little and you'll find pictures of how to do this

I had a problem like this with mine and if your not confident with wires go to your local halfords or such like and ask for and ISO Block for a VW Golf. Explain to them your problem and they should give you the right one. This way you dont have to cut any wires. Although this does not wire it too the ignition and you have to put the power on manually, on the upside you do not need to have the key in the igniotion to use the CD player.
