Technical cannot download the manual :(

I hate to be the idiotic newbie... but... your downloadable manual isnt downloadable on the computer i'm on, and as its the works computer i cant really downlaod any further software to put it into a readable format.

Does anyone know of either:
an easy way of me downloading it? (an idiots guide please because i am a computerphobic)
a copy of it (or a link to ebay etc) on disk or paper that i could buy?

first car and its been stood for months i want to get tinkering and i'm struggling at the first hurdel - shame there isnt an exact haynes manual for it

Just tested it.... all 3 parts of the technical manual download perfectly. Perhaps your works computer won't allow it.
