Hi Syed

I will ask my mechanic today if he can deliver to the UK, and then I would give you the info. The cams would be fine without chiptuning, but not optimized so I dont know how much HP can u get like that, but you can talk to him...Anyways what is the price in the UK for a set of cams?

They have even opened a company in the UK 2 months ago, so I guess you are lucky...the web page is http://www.gazzella-autotech.com/ but this site is mostly in Danish... Anyways they ae very busy, and usually never answer phone right away, but you can contact him at [email protected] and he gets back at you always...Hope this helps!!!

Not a huge deal of point in changing the cams without a retune. You will find it produces flat spots and could be worse than it was before.

For the cost of the cams, why do half a job?

£200 notes for a single cam is a little steep. Better be a virgin cam for that cost. Not as costly as a billet cam though...

I thought that was one of the things that nivitec sold aswell - as i was planning on getting the cams and anti-roll bars for my 1.2 - maybe i saw them somewhere else?

This is the guy from EB SPares, who are an Alfa Romeo specialist, but are the sole UK guys for these Cams. I have another list of suppliers who deliver worldwide from Itlay which I am compiling at the moment. Let you know when its finished

200 euros per cam is quite cheap compraed to the prices here, but then again everything is more expensive in DK...About the quality of the cam, well is great and will last forever...

It depends if its a Fiat cam reground or from a billet blank. Its probably a Fiat cam for that money. Will be exactly the same quality as the normal fiat cams.

You won't get a billet cam for less than £500-800 each.

Alot does depend on the surface treatment too. Hopefully they have been nitrided or tuftrided.

Maybe next year, pair of cams, weber alpha ECU, full works. Gotta spend some time and money on the hillclimb car first. The engine is still in bits in my garage and I have not even started making the drive train.

have you tried dbias there a tunning compny that will make one of cams i phoned the guy it will cost about 695 for cams with pullys and and bits so i fort tha was good but i would have the bottom end done befori have the top end done as cams wont turn your car into a home bread racer you need to do loads to it

Piper and Kent will do one-off cams for £200ish a pair. The danger is its your fault if the profile doesn't work very well.
