General cam replacement guide anywhere?

hey, id like to change my camshaft to a p75 one..I know you need a feeler gauge to measure distance of shims and that you have to make sure that the distance with the new cam has to remain the same..If not the shims need to be repalced...Is there a guide somewhere cause I cant find one...
Id like to learn how to do this and save money to... Thanks

Not yet. The Haynes does cover it after a fashion. I'm due to start on one -- on shimming rather than cam swapping -- this weekend. But you describe the process well enough.

Don't forget to replace the oil seal and O ring on the cam as a matter of course.
