Technical Cam Belt & Tensioner '99 Punto 1.2

Anybody Know How Many Miles Punto mk1 sx 60 1.2 can do b4 needing a cambelt change...cars done abut 96k and i cant see any record of the cambelt being changed...also the cars making a funny wearing/squeaky noise wich i have been told by a friend is the tensioner bearing ??
Does This Mean They Both Need To Be Changed ASAP ? Safe To Drive Atm Or Not ?

id say its due.

especially due to the age.
if your changing the bearing you might as well do the belt


might be a safe engine tho, less damage would get done if it broke

buy a haynes if you are unsure
if belt making a noise on idler then shes gonna blow
