I'm enjoying what i've played of it although i'm behind my mates at the minute because of being to ill to play until yesterday really but it's enjoyable if a bit 'busy' online somehow compared to the original MW theres a lot of random crap going on on the screen although Hardcore sorts that out mainly.

I'm also a PS3 owner and haven't found the need to try and beat up a wall yet.
That looked like he's smashed a few knuckles there - I doubt he'll be playing anything for a while.
