Ducato Cabin filter

Hi everyone, just joined, im absolutely stumped, i have most of the dash out of my 2002 244cab/chassis Fiat Ducato as i have currently replaced the struts and i cannot find the cabin/pollen filter, i figure they sell them, so there must be one in there somewhere, the hole bottom half of the heater/aircon unit is covered in bitumen i hope its not under there, any help much appreciated, cheers

The X244 (02-06) Ducato, as shipped to Australia did not come with a Pollen Filter from the factory. When one is fitted they are located in the heater/A/C intake on the passengers side under the windscreen scuttle. If you need to replace or fit one you have remove the L/H side half of the scuttle & wiper to replace it.
In regard to replacing the front struts - from the WSM you only have to remove the lower part of the dash & move some wiring harnesses & sound deadener on each side to access the three bolts to remove the struts from the spring tower.
