Those alloys are hard to come by, as i remember they were a factory option from new. They are available though from Italy, they're made by Toora and they need 205/45/17 extra load tyres which are expensive!!

I have the same wheels and the tyres are Continental Sport Contact 3's and are £100 per corner, but wheels set off the multipla and the ride is very good.

There were a set of 4 on the classifieds a few months back, they were unsold. Would suggest pm a mod who may have access to expired ads, so at least you could contact the seller.

The tyre size as per manual is 205/45/17, they are not cheap, 215's are cheaper though as more common. I like good tyres, you need them in Scotland where I work.
