General Brave overheating problems

Hi

having a few problems with my fan not kicking in when idle , so if i'm sat in traffic for 20 mins or so it starts creeping off , after 30 mins thats it complete overheat , my garage has told me one of 2 things to check

my brava manual is in italian :-( so basically i would like to know where the temperature sensor is on the brava 1.2 sx80 2001 plate , also which fuse is it? , i opened the fuse box and was bamboozled with about 40 different fuses!

any help locating these would be great

If it overheated, the hg is most likely killed

The fuse is under he bonnet, beside the maxi fuses under its own cover. Check its not the fan thats gone, they do fail without seizing sometimes

My Bravo started overheating today, only when idle and I had slight problems with it missfiring on all cylinders the other day. Are these linked? Let me know if u have any luck fixing ur problem.
