Technical Bravo problem with air conditioning

Hi, I have a 2001 Fiat Bravo. There’s a problem with the air conditioning. The car constantly blows warm air, even when the temperature is set to minimum. The A/C is not charged. Is it normal for it to always blow warm air when the A/C is off? What could be the issue? Thanks for your help.

Hi, first of all you must check your radiator fan relay and also the relay for your a/c compressor. Secondly, check if your radiator fan is working or not.
