brava cd changer

! have recently bought a Brava, but the Grundig CD changer does not work, the dash unit recognises it but the changer does not play or eject the cartridge,has anyone got any suggestions?

it does soudn like the changer is screwed, the fact that it's not ejecting suggests theres no power going to it, but if it' recognising it, it's most probily a motor gone. does it whir at all?

i mean can you hear it spinning, or trying to spin.

The motor does not whirr, I'll try to see if the unit is getting any power.

bit of a late reply I know, sorry.

I had this, also it worked, the stopped working.. i replaced the fuses to the stereo and it all worked fine.. even tho the stereo was working fine on its own
