Portable CD player

Hi, we have an Abarth and wondered if a portable cd player plugged into the USB port will play over the car speakers? I know it's a bit old school but have loads of CD's!

Not sure about USB but if you get a portable CD player with shock protection and use a 3.5mm jack into the aux port from the headphone socket it should work.

Personally I've always used CD's, they are better quality than streaming and safer to use when driving (not to mention supporting the artist more when you purchase them).
