Technical brakes?

hi all ive got a brava sx 1.4 which i recently crash due to my own mistake after the crash my tracking got knocked out so i re tracked it but now when im pressing the brakes it feels like something is trying to push the pedal back up and there is a knocking noise has anybody got any idea's?

i had the wheel off to put my spare on and the disc runs smoothly and is no cracks im puzzled:bang:
