Since i changed the springs (from -55m to -25mm) I've had a strange and worrying noise.

Only happens when slowing down from about 10mph. The rest of the braking range is fine, brakes perform as normal. I get a pulsating (really violent kicking) in the brake pedal as well as a grinding/notching sort of noise from 10mph downwards to stop. nothing from 10mph up. Any help please, had the wheels off and the discs aren't warped and the brake pads still have depth. Can't figure it out. Just seems odd as i didn't touch the brakes when taking out the struts/springs.

Please help!!!!!

Just to check you dont have abs do you as it could be something to do with the sensors?

ABS would show a problem.

But, If you didnt do tracking after the springs have been changed it will be off center and the tires wont grip 100% so the ABS will kick in, or the brake pads came toa hard layer on them and you have to clean them a bit with sand paper, or with a bit of hard braking.

Took the wheels off (front) and poked around a bit, nothing obvious. Put them back on and went to fill up and the issues has gone. I'm completly stumped to what that was. Was a really nasty noise to just come and go. Strange. But thank you to all who responded!

possibly loose wheel bolts or bit of dirt on hub which disappears and leaves wheel loose. you might only notice this at low speeds afterwards..
