Hi everyone,

This is my first post to this fantastic forum. Im having a little problem to which I can't solve, so need some help.
I had a warning light pop up with a message stating check rear lights.
Further inspection i found the left rear brake light is not working when braking hence it triggers the warning light.
What's is odd is that I checked the bulb which is not working and it's perfect and not blown. So for hell of it I replaced it just in case. I also examined the fuse and again perfect.
Well I fired up the car and still find the left brake light not working and the warning light pops up again as soon as I touch the brake pedal. All other lights are working fine!

Any ideas....

Thanks for the advice. I've checked the terminals and contacts to the bulb and all is ok. I've also checked and followed the wiring which leads to that particular light and all seems ok with no signs of wear nor any pinches to the wiring. I'm really lost about this fault and really scratching my head over this!!

Any other suggestions guys??

i have no brake lights at all fuse and bulbs checked any ideals? thanks markemark

My 2012 500 pop's third brake light just went out. Replaced bulbs and still not working. Will check fuse when I return home.
Reading above posts has me worried that it may be wiring. Ugh
