Bonding a hlx spoiler to a NON hlx screen

i have seen a lot of posts on this in the past but for the life of me i can't remember what adhesive is capable of it.

has anyone on here done this ? what adhesive did you use ?

anyone got any pics of thers glued on ?

i went to RAC windscreens today with my rear windscreen (with holes) ready to replace my current rear windscreen, but as per usual with my car i hit a snag.

the screens on the bravo have an "encapsulated" rubber seal, the windscreen with holes doesent have the rubber seal so i was going to use the seal from the old windscreen on the new one, but the bodyshop that sprayed my car sprayed over the seal meaning that when the seal is removed it will remove paint from the tailgate with it. so i am now stuck with a spoiler that i can't fit and a screen that is useless.

so glueing the spoiler on seems to be the only option.

any help would be much apriciated because i am on the verge of throwing it away

my spoiler is only bonded on and it's fine.

what did you use to bond it jim ?

can't remember what is was called because i did it about 2 years ago, i do remember it being black. I'll try and find out later sorry mate.
