Hi all
Been having issues with the flashing mileage, non working media player and hand frees intermitantly for the last 2 months.
It has been back to the dealer to have the proxy alinement looked at but to no avail.
The car is just under 4 years old so out of warranty.
I have complained to fiat customer service department and been offered a 50% reduction based on £460 to replace the system due to the amout of issues i have had with this car (been back to the dealers approx 20 times since purchase in 2007 with numerous faults)
Looked on the forum and this appears to be a very common fault across various Fiat models
Any body else had a similar issue and how did you resolve it?
I have been a Fiat customer for over 10 years with 6 different puntos over this period but this one is just a right pain in the @rse
Should I except or claim in the small claims court for the repair?
