Blue looking plug with red clamp under dash on mark 2 Punto

While trying to suss out my PAS I followed what I beleived to be the PAS motor wire to a plug which from memory was blue with a red clamp connector. What did I disconnect as this doesn't seem to actually go to the PAS.

where did you disconect from?

steering ecu wires are blue 2 pin and black 10pin
connectors iirc,
