beginner needs some advice

they havnt dispatched my speakers yet so i had to go to work again ... how annoying

iv had the old speakers out last night and it looks like its a fairly simple job (touch wood) even with mdf spacers if i need them .... where i am goin to run into problems is going to be the tweeters .... where could i put them? ... whats the best position for them? i had the panal up by the windmirror controller off and had a look at the standard one and its kinda tiny ... dont think ill be able to fit the new ones in there if they are any larger

How big are the standard tweeters? You might be surprised and be able to do a straight swap You could fit the tweeters to either the dash or the A pillar if you wanted to

the standard ones are about the size of a 2p around and a couple of cm deep ... i just read some1 complaining that the rainbow tweeters look really small so maybe ill get away with it

Most tweeters are small lol.

And the reason your waiting for the delivery on the rainbows is cause CAD dont keep stock of them in house they have to order them then send them to you.
