Hi there, I'm new to this, so please bear with me.
I have a Qubo, 2nd hand ex motibility with 26k on the clock. It seemed fine at first, but several, problems have meant I have fallen out with it big time. In a nut shell they are:
I bought it with a flashing mileage, which the dealer said all Fiats did (I know, I know) but now I realise was an indication of a fault.
The battery goes flat after about 4 days of non use. You would not believe the trouble I have had getting through to various Fiat dealers that clearly something is draining the battery. I have finally had this diagnosed as the Blue me thingy.
The latest Fiat dealer had my car for 9 days but still failed to get a replacement blue thingy (can you tell I don't really understand what it is?) and said it will cost £400 to have it replaced anyway. In the meantime, have to take the car on a journey every couple of days else the battery goes flat again.
Now I know this will sound naive, but can't I just disconnect it in some way, if this is what is draining the battery. Take out a fuse or something?
Any thoughts gratefully received!
